Children ages 5-7; Monday – Friday 9 am-12 pm
$250 per student per session if registered by June 14th or $275 if registered after June 14th
Maximum of 10 students per session.
Beacon Feed Dance Studio
Friday, July 12th at 5pm and/or July 26th, 2019, at 6pm. Tickets: $10 Adults, $5 Students.
Come join the Hubbard Hall Kids Company as we embark on an adventure full of imagination, creativity, and laughter. This summer, children ages 5-7 will have the opportunity to develop and perform their own original play based on a series of children’s books they will read during the program, bringing their unique and original ideas to life onstage. Through theatre games, arts and crafts, and other hands-on activities, the students will work together and hone their artistic ability, culminating in a fun performance for family and friends. You can do either session or BOTH!

Friday, July 26th at 7 pm and Saturday July 27th at 2 pm. Tickets: $10 Adults, $5 Students.
Hubbard Hall Youth Theater is back this summer to present the musical, James and the Giant Peach Jr., based upon the book by Roald Dahl, music and lyrics by Benj Pasek and Justin Paul (the Tony Award winning team who wrote the current Broadway smash Dear Evan Hansen) and book by Timothy Allen McDonald.
Our Youth Theater program returns with another four-week summer program for children ages 8-12. A fun morning filled with theatre games, activities, and music, children will learn the inner workings of the theatre world through producing, rehearsing, and performing a full-scale musical production. Directed by the returning Katherine Danforth (Assistant Director on Peter Pan) and Musical Director Richard Cherry, this show is a don’t-miss-it-opportunity that young and old will remember for years to come.

Teen theater returns to Hubbard Hall with a Shakespeare summer classic. Teens will train in acting, stage combat, text, voice & speech and character creation as they rehearse towards their final performances in Hubbard Hall. Puck, Oberon, Titania and a cast of young lovers make this one of Shakespeare’s best and most beloved comedies.

$80 per week per student; $60 per week if coupled with a morning program.
Each week our afternoon arts camp focuses on a different theme. Through a series of fun, in-door an out-door activities, games and storytelling, kids can spend the afternoon with us having fun, creating characters, and learning new artistic skills. Join us! Themes include: Circus, Animals, Olympics, Space/Science.
Shakespeare Summer Programs at HFCS
July 22-Aug 2, 2019. 1-4pm
Grades 3 – 6. Only open to HFCS students.
$150 per student.
Working with Hubbard Hall teaching artist Digby Baker-Porazinski, students will play games and explore the magical world of William Shakespeare with exercises in text, character creation, language arts and storytelling. This two-week workshop series culminates with a short sharing of games and scenes for parents during the final session on August 2nd. Come have fun learning about the wild and wacky A Midsummer Night’s Dream and all that can be found in Shakespeare’s World of living words and crazy characters.
Grades 7 – 12. Only open to HFCS students.

Training with Hubbard Hall teaching artist Virginia May Edinger, students will explore Shakespeare’s As You Like It and train in text, theater games, scene study and character creation. This two-week workshop series culminates with a sharing of scenes and monologues performed for families during the final session on August 2nd. Come play with Shakespeare and expand your ability to perform and create great characters on stage!
