Movement Arts at Hubbard Hall
Hubbard Hall is known throughout the region for its movement arts program, which features both a graduated curriculum in core dance disciplines as well as special workshops, master classes, martial arts, multicultural dance styles, performance opportunities, social dance, yoga, fitness, vacation-week intensives, and so much more. Students have opportunities to experience the joy and discipline of performance through our year-end shows and other events throughout the year. Most classes meet weekly, September through mid-June. Come and celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with traditional Irish dance. Bring friends or family members, anyone who’d like to watch some Irish dancing, or try it. A “ceili” is like an Irish square dance, where dances are taught and anyone can participate or watch. Free Admission! Bake Sale to support the Irish Dance Costume Fund.

Hubbard Hall-O-Ween moves INSIDE the Hall this year for a Monster Mash! Costumes are encouraged as you dance your way through spooky corners and delicious treats like Apple Cider and Pumpkin Bread will surely please all members of your party from the tiniest trick-or-treater to the strongest super hero. Tickets and concession sales go to support the Hubbard Hall Dance Costume Fund!

On Saturday May 6th, celebrate the National Dance Week Foundation’s “A Chance to Dance” Dance Mob!
To learn the dance and be a part of the fun, register for the Dance Mob Workshops! Join Gina Deibel, Jennetta Lorman, and fellow dancers of all ages to participate in this year’s Dance Mob, performing the same choreography as people across the nation as we celebrate our differences and show the world that everyone deserves “A Chance to Dance”!
