I am Sharon Kruger.
I’m a retired sixth grade teacher, and a lover of the arts.
I coordinate volunteers, and other odd jobs at Hubbard Hall.
I first got involved when everything was “under the bell tower” in the cellar. The folk scene was lively, and Jean Redpath was one of many famous performers who performed here.
I love the mix of wonderful amateur and professional artists, from children to seniors, all working together, and the great audiences who appreciate it all! There are also loads of classes to take, and workshops for everything from kids’ art to opera.
If someone wants to get involved, I’d say “Jump right in” There is a place for you. There are so many ways to do it, and you will always be excited by the amazing variety of programming, and the wonderful group of people around you.
I am enthusiastic.
I am happy.
I am Hubbard Hall.
