Do I have an account? To check go to the “Login with Existing Account” box enter your e-mail and a link to your login information will be sent to you if on file. Can’t remember create a new account and we will merge it with the one already on file. Call Hubbard Hall at 518-677-2495 or e-mail us at info@hubbardhall. org with any questions.
Do I need an account? You do not need to create an account with login and password information to register for a class/workshop or buy an event ticket. We do need some basic information to process your order.
Why create an account? So you can manage your own account online 24/7. To have easy access to special pricing when registering for a class or event, view donation or purchase history, update your address, e-mail or change your password.

How do I change my password? Login to MYACCOUNT and choose change password from the “What would you like do” list.
Memberships
Memberships were eliminated effective July 1st, 2015. At a special meeting on June 20th, 2015 members voted to eliminate membership to reduce costs and staff time and open up Hubbard Hall for All.
Need an Event Calendar or List?
If you can’t find the event you are looking for, use the Calendar to find what’s happening by day. Search by event or class title or choose a category from the drop down list by going to the Event List.
Need Performance Information?
- Online ticket sales close 2 hours before Showtime
- Seating is first-come-first serve
- Doors open 30 minutes before Showtime
- For performances in the Hall, the Box Office is now at the front main stairs. The Box Office for the Freight Depot is just inside that building’s front door. Please check in at the Box Office to obtain your entrance ticket to the performance. The Box Office opens 30 minutes before showtime.
- Regular Office hours are Monday through Friday 9am-5pm. Best time reach us is between 11am and 2pm. During some performances we are open on Saturday 11am to 3pm.

Due to the limited capacity of the Hall and reservations filling quickly and often selling out, we cannot offer refunds once tickets are purchased. If you are unable to attend, we are happy to translate your ticket payment into a donation to Hubbard Hall.

Online Registration: Online registration for classes and workshops is available before a class starts and for the first 2 class dates after which you must call the Program Office to register: 518-677-2495.
Wonder if an event is CANCELLED?: In the event of inclement weather for updates on your favorite classes and events click here. Generally, Hubbard Hall follows cancellations for Cambridge Central School. If school is canceled or delayed 2 hours or more due to weather in Cambridge, MORNING classes at Hubbard Hall are canceled. If weather conditions improve during the day, classes may be held at the discretion of the instructor. Please check our Facebook page for updates too.
Need help with tuition fees? Hubbard Hall is committed to making the arts accessible to all. We have an active work-study scholarship program where students in our dance, movement arts, music, theater and visual arts programs can volunteer time in a variety of ways in exchange for partial-tuition or full-tuition support for classes, workshops and intensives. Work-Study Scholars (or their parents) help with a variety of tasks, from class registration to building maintenance, from sewing costumes to outreach & marketing.
Scholarship Requests are granted for each term term of study, and priority is given to applications received by the deadline. A member of our Scholarship Committee will contact you regarding volunteer opportunities in exchange for tuition assistance. Download a Scholarship Application or call for more information.
Covid Updates
We will be adhering to recommendations from NY State and the CDC, as well as guidelines released by NY State on the management of indoor and outdoor arts and higher education activities. Any actions we take will be aligned with those recommendations and guidelines. We will adhere to Best Practices whenever possible. For more information click here.
Do we have Gift Certificates?
Yes, give the gift of the Arts! Hubbard Hall offers Gift Certificates the can be used toward classes, workshops, performances, and even Hubbard Hall Merchandise! You can order online, order over the phone and have it mailed to you or the recipient.
